Hub Maintenance:
- Use dry cloth (filament fabric most recommended) or soft bristle brush to lightly flick dust from ratchet.
- 5W-40 , 5W-50 Motor oil or Chain oil (50% extreme pressure additives) is recommended to apply (5-6 drops) on ratchet.
Crucial:
- Do not use degreasing cleaner or high-pressure water gun.
- Please avoid using lubricating grease for maintenance, as its thick consistency can cause the ratchet to engage less smoothly.
- Please do not replace bearings without Foss consulting
